Our products and our thoughts are not novel, they are ideas and requirements that you have had in your organizations for many years.  We have simply made an attempt to make this vision into a reality. A famous poet wrote ""No man can reveal to you aught but that which already lies half asleep in the dawning of our knowledge"   The basic needs of a non profit or education based organization are not so different than that of the private sector, but the desire to fulfill this void and provide an affordable solution is unique. We are experienced in non profit and education as we have always serviced this market, so we understand the pressure points and understand your needs very well.   To accomplish this, we created technology tools that help with 4 major principles. How?

We have tried to build very technically sound, but easy to use solutions, utilizing as much open source technology as possible.  The goal is  to deliver to you two main things: A great product...at a great price! We understand that many organizations are under budget constraints, under staffed and over committed. Large upfront costs are difficult to manage and handle, thus came our idea for a monthly hosted solution. We wanted to absorb the major cost of all development and simply charge a monthly fee to use it.  You no longer have any need for major expenditures, approvals from Boards of Directors, large PO acquisition processes, and continuing dollars needed for purchase and maintenance of computer equipment. One small monthly fee and that's all you ever pay!
