Using Email as an Administrator and User 
Users can view their email in Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express or any other POP3 Client. They are alerted if spam is delivered or can set the system to auto delete any spam/virus found. Also, users have the ability to view their emails from a web interface if they are not at their computer. This means if you are anywhere there is an internet connection, simply enter into a special login page attached to your website and view your emails! Administrators can add new email accounts to your domain, delete users and set the level of spam/virus filtering you would like per user.
